Meet Tim Lebbossiere

In his seventh season with the Boston Bruins organization as a Performance Coach, Tim designs, implements, and oversees the performance and reconditioning programs for the organization and its prospects. Prior to joining the Bruins, Tim spent time in the collegiate setting with Lindenwood University, Quinnipiac University, University of Massachusetts-Lowell, and the College of the Holy Cross. Tim also has worked with youth athletes at Hamden Hall Country Day School and DC Strength and Fitness.

From working through the entire development of athletes of middle school through professional sport, Tim has seen the impact that proper on- and off-ice development can make on an athlete’s career and has a dream for helping thousands of hockey players over the course of his career. Players everywhere should be getting top tier performance programs regardless of the level they play at, which is why he created 200 Foot Performance.

Tim holds a Master’s Degree in Human Performance and Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science. He continues to push the envelope with his continuing education by completing courses and certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Functional Movement Systems, Postural Restoration Institute, and Functional Range Conditioning.
